IQ Energy Solutions
Biomass & Contaminated Biomass
Both IQ Energy’s gasification and pyrolysis units have been tailored for a range of different biomass wastes, some of the current biomass discussions include pulp mill sludge, agricultural residues, and animal manures. Other discussions are focused on contaminated biomass, such as food organics that is contaminated with plastics. IQ Energy can approach these feedstocks as a single stream feedstock, blended/mixed feedstocks or sequential feedstocks.
Drill Cuttings
The unit on the left was piloted in Alberta, Canada. This unit is a different design than our other units and is tailored for drill cuttings.
Mixed Waste to Resources
Both IQ Energy’s gasification and pyrolysis units can be used to process mixed waste types. These wastes can be converted into high-quality heat, syngas, power and other outputs depending on what the need is. With rising energy costs, there may be a perfect synergy between dealing with your rising waste costs and generating energy for your business/project.
